This is just the method I use if I want to post picture to my blog, forum etc. Hope it useful to other people as well. I think for me this to reduce hassle from need to upload first to image hosting then use it at blog or something. First you will see would it be just the same amount of work because upload at someplace(facebook, image hosting) first then use at other place (blog, forum) right? Well for me it not the same because you always want to share something interesting as soon as possible to facebook to let your friends know right? So it like the photo will be there automatically without you realize it...lol.
Ok now let go to the part to use the photo on facebook at other place. First as we already know, the
quality (I never upload high quality on facebook to compare the quality and for high quality picture of mine, I use Flickr, Pixoto and 500px) and the metadata/exif will be stripe of if you take the picture from facebook. The purpose is just to share picture directly to your blog or put inside forum. So to post the image you need it url right like "http://something.something.with.jpg". It just simple way to get the link at your facebook picture to post at your blog. Login to your facebook and click the picture that you want the link that can be share to other place. If you using Chrome, you can directly right click the image and click inspect element. It will highlight some part of the code. Mouse over at the link that have extension .jpg and to double confirm it will show thumbnail of the picture that you want. Right click it and choose "copy link address". That it!! that the link needed to share to other place. Firefox also got inspect element function and for IE, you can go to Tools menu and click F12 developer tools (shortcut F12). The developer tool window will come out whether pin in with the IE window at the bottom page or pop up other windows depend on your default setting. Click first icon that look like your mouse arrow (mouse over the icon also will tell you "select element by click") and click the picture on the facebook that you want to get the link.
If someone still cannot get this done can request to me to make some screenshot for more easy understanding. Thank you for your time reading this and share if you find this is a good information. "Always share good knowledge to other because it will make the knowledge grow and benefit other, not that it will lessen your own knowledge" my own quote just pop up through my brain...lol.
P/S : make sure that you own the picture you wanted to share and if not, please do mention the owner name, original link/website or whatever. Respect other people work/masterpiece
